Each tournament has an entry fee based on prize pool size and format. You’ll see the exact fee before joining. Entry fees fund the prize pool, platform operations, and promotional events.
If a tournament fails to reach the minimum player threshold by the start time, all entry fees are automatically refunded in full to your in-app wallet within 5 minutes.
For cancelled matches (e.g., due to weather), partial refunds may apply per our terms.
Contact support within 24 hours if you believe a refund was processed incorrectly. Provide transaction IDs and screenshots to expedite resolution.
If the real-world match is abandoned before the minimum overs, the tournament outcome is based on official cricket board rules. Typically:
All entry fees are refunded, and no rankings are awarded.
Final standings are calculated on points per over played. Partial refunds are not provided unless less than 25% overs are completed.
Always check the tournament details page for specific rules related to delays, super-over scenarios, and D/L method applications.
Once you’ve locked in your squad and the tournament countdown ends, no further changes can be made—this includes captain and vice-captain picks.
Some formats (e.g., Blitz) allow swaps until 5 minutes before toss. Check “Tournament Rules” for swap windows.
You can submit multiple distinct squads (up to limit) before the deadline, each counts as a separate entry.
When two or more players have identical points, we apply the following:
Higher total from captain multipliers wins the tie.
If still tied, the player with effective bench substitutions (where applicable) ranks higher.
Final tie-breaker goes to the entry submitted earlier before the lock-in deadline.
All tie-breaker rules are enforced automatically—no disputes required.
