Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FantasyToss (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform or its services.

2. Eligibility

To register and participate in contests on FantasyToss, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based fantasy sports are legal.
  • Complete our mandatory Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: You may add funds to your in-app wallet using UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or supported e-wallets. All deposits are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals require completion of KYC. Withdrawals under ₹100 may incur a nominal fee. We process most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes, but reserve up to 48 hours for verification.

5. Contest Rules

Each contest has its own set of rules posted on the contest details page. By joining a contest, you agree to abide by those rules. Common rules include:

  • Drafting an XI of 11 players within a 100-point budget.
  • Assigning one Captain (2× points) and one Vice-Captain (1.5× points).
  • Lock-in deadlines (usually 5 minutes before toss).
  • Scoring based on predefined point matrix (boundaries, wickets, catches, etc.).

6. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud

FantasyToss employs automated systems and manual review to detect suspicious or collusive behavior. Users found violating fair-play policies, sharing accounts, or engaging in fraud may have their accounts suspended, winnings forfeited, and legal action pursued.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If a contest does not meet minimum entrants by the start time, it will be cancelled and entry fees refunded. In the event of a real-world match delay or abandonment:

  • If no play occurs, 100% refund.
  • If less than 25% of scheduled overs are completed, partial refund as per contest rules.
  • No refunds for abandoned matches with more than 25% play.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on FantasyToss are the property of FantasyToss Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, adapt, or distribute any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FANTASYTOSS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASYTOSS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED IN YOUR FANTASYTOSS WALLET DURING THE PRIOR 30 DAYS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all pending transactions will be settled in accordance with contest rules.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
