Responsible Gaming
At FantasyToss, we believe in fun and fair play. We also recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can lead to unhealthy behaviors. Our commitment to you includes providing tools, resources, and guidance to help keep your play enjoyable and under control.
1. Play Within Your Limits
Set a budget for how much time and money you are comfortable spending on fantasy contests. Treat that budget like any other entertainment expense. Once you reach your limit, step away and explore other activities.
2. Deposit & Loss Limits
You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. These limits prevent you from adding more funds once you reach your preset threshold. We encourage all players to use this feature:
- Daily Limit: Maximum amount you can deposit in a single day.
- Weekly Limit: Total deposit cap over seven days.
- Monthly Limit: Overall deposit ceiling for 30 days.
3. Time Management
It’s easy to lose track of time when drafting teams and tracking live scores. Use your device’s built-in timers or our in-app session reminders to take regular breaks. Aim for a 10–15 minute pause every hour to refresh your mind.
4. Self-Exclusion & Cool-Off Periods
If you feel you need a longer break, you can activate a self-exclusion or cool-off period directly from your profile:
- Cool-Off: Temporarily pause all contest entries for 1, 7, or 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Lock yourself out of your account for 6 months or more. You will be unable to log in or place bets.
Once self-excluded, you must contact our support team to arrange reactivation after the period ends.
5. Recognize the Signs
Watch for warning signs of problematic play, such as:
- Chasing losses by deposit after deposit.
- Playing to escape stress or other problems.
- Neglecting work, family, or social activities.
- Borrowing money to fund your play.
If any of these resonate with you, consider seeking help immediately.
