Fair Play Policy
At FantasyToss, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and fairness. Our Fair Play Policy is designed to ensure that every contest is decided by skill, strategy, and genuine competition—never by manipulation or collusion.
1. Code of Conduct
- Honest Participation: All users must play contests with the intent to compete fairly. Any attempt to disrupt or distort the contest (including software exploits or sharing insider information) is prohibited.
- No Collusion: Collaborating with other users to fix outcomes, share lineups, or predetermine results violates the spirit of competition and is strictly forbidden.
- No Multiple Accounts: Each person may maintain only one account. Creating, using, or funding multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage will result in suspension.
- Respectful Interaction: Abusive language, harassment, or hate speech toward other players or staff will not be tolerated.
2. Anti-Fraud & Monitoring
We employ advanced automated systems and manual review processes to detect suspicious activity:
- Pattern Analysis: Algorithms monitor play patterns, entry times, and win/loss ratios to identify anomalies.
- IP & Device Tracking: We flag multiple accounts or entries originating from the same IP address or device.
- Manual Audits: Our compliance team investigates reports of collusion, ghost-betting, or misuse of bonuses.
3. Consequences of Violations
When a breach of our Fair Play Policy is confirmed, we reserve the right to:
- Temporarily or permanently suspend the user’s account.
- Cancel and refund or redistribute contest entry fees and prize pools at our discretion.
- Forfeit any winnings or bonuses earned through unfair means.
- Engage legal action if fraud or criminal behavior is involved.
4. Reporting Concerns
If you suspect unfair play—such as collusion, account sharing, or system abuse—please notify our Fair Play Team immediately at contact@fantasytoss.com. Provide any relevant details (usernames, screenshots, timestamps) to help us investigate thoroughly.
5. Commitment to Transparency
We publish regular Fair Play Reports summarizing actions taken, trends observed, and improvements to our systems. Our goal is to maintain an open dialogue with our community and continuously enhance the security and integrity of every contest.
